SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer international shipping worldwide. We offer two shipping options for most of the world, standard shipping and express shipping.
Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SnowBoardGames (Kinbla d.o.o.) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
The prices on the website are in EUR and include EU VAT.
Estimated shipping times for DHL (express shipping)
3-5 business days almost anywhere in the world.
Estimated shipping times for Slovene Post (standard shipping)
Slovenia: 1-3 business days
European Union: 3-10 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-15 business days
North America: 2-4 weeks
Rest of the World: 3-5 weeks
The above estimates are the estimates provided by our shipping partners. The actual time may vary depending on the state of global shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
When choosing standard shipping, there could be long periods of time when the shipment is in transit to the next destination, so the status won’t be updated during that time. The common update status ‘departed from outbound OE’ or similar usually means that the shipment is en route between Europe and some other continent after that update (possibly by sea), so the time to the next status update is usually the longest. The next expected status update is usually ‘arrived at inward OE’ or similar, and from there, the shipment is usually delivered to the final address in a few business days.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, with tags and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
